About Us

Portland Activities & Athletics League (PAAL) has a special connection with law enforcement and service professionals that allows current and former law enforcement officers and service professionals to create trust and understanding with youth through mentoring, relationship building and positive interactions.  These interactions are modeled after the principle that law enforcement and the communities they serve both benefit when they have positive and productive relationships with one another.
