Portland Activities & Athletics League (PAAL) builds partnerships among youth, the law enforcement community, service professionals, and the community at large. PAAL fosters an environment of safety, trust and belonging as we inspire youth to achieve greatness through mentoring, athletics, academic and leadership programs.
